Job Description

Dots seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity to position yourself for excellent opportunities for career growth. The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and contribute to our growth.

As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in our Go-To-Market strategy - responsible for reaching out to new clients who might be interested in Dots and introducing those clients to the company. BDRs utilize their sales skills to pique interest and schedule meetings with the intent of securing an opportunity to pass to the sales team.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Work with the Head of Sales to build and execute on your own outbound process
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting of potential customers in the assigned verticals &/or territories
  • Effectively and efficiently log leads and sales interactions in Hubspot
  • Meet or exceed BDR quotas as defined by management
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current and future Dots product offering
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of quota carrying SDR experience
  • You take ownership of your role and responsibilities
  • At an early stage startup, things are always changing. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in an unpredictable environment
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Bonus Points:

  • Experience at an early stage company or high growth startup is preferred
  • Prior experience working with B2B2C/B2B2B products is a plus
