Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Manual QA Engineer to join our agile team. If you have 1-2 years of manual testing experience, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are excited about working in a dynamic startup environment, we want to hear from you! Automation experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.

Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure resolved bugs do not reoccur.

Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions as part of our Agile process.

Continuously learn and apply new QA methodologies and tools to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in manual software testing.

Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.

Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and practices.

Familiarity with tools like Selenium or QTP is a plus.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
