HockeyStack is an analytics and attribution tool for B2B SaaS. It collects and helps analyze data from all parts of the SaaS customer journey - marketing, sales, and product engagement. Our goal is to make tracking and gaining insights from all this data easier and faster.

The next generation of enterprise software will be AI-first. We’re looking for Fullstack Product Engineers to rebuild HockeyStack to be the first ever AI-first enterprise application.

Most enterprise software companies have added chatbots to their products in an effort to turn AI-first. Now every landing page reads “The #1 AI ”. Complete and utter BS.

Our ideal world is a world where enterprise software manages itself. No more field configs. No more handbuilt workflows. No more points of friction where the human has to think like a machine to translate what they want into machine language. In a world where AI generates code (Fume (YC W24)), why would this not be achievable? Of course it is. But no one has done it yet.

We are looking for cracked engineers who will work directly with me to make this a reality.

Requirements:
- San Francisco, in person every day
- Backend AND frontend knowledge (Node.js, React, Next.js, SQL stack)
- Obsessive about details
- An eye for good user experience
- Experience building AI programs of any sort before
- Willing to pour their hearts out

Not requirements:
- Years of experience, a senior title — please apply even if you are straight out of college

We are continuously ingesting data from customer websites and also integrate with 25+ SaaS tools. Basically, we store a lot of data and have to make sense from it all. Our main technologies for the backend include NodeJS, AWS, and ClickHouse.
