Wearable and At-Home protein monitoring with silicon photonic chips

SiPhox Health is looking for a highly driven photonics packaging automation engineer with CAD and Python experience.

SiPhox Health is developing a revolutionary home testing platform for biomarkers linked with inflammation, hormones, and metabolic/cardiovascular health. 6 out of 10 Americans have a chronic disease, and our mission is to enable new direct-to-consumer health and wellness paradigms to address this crisis. Our chip-based solution combines biochemistry with state-of-the-art integrated photonics, electronics, and microfluidics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, operate, and automate high throughput photonic chip packaging systems
• Documentation and development of SoPs for the system operation and work with operators and technicians to ensure high quality and throughput of packaging

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters mechanical or electronics engineering
• At least 2 years of Hands-on experience in developing custom electro-mechanical robotic setups
• Highly proficient in Python and expertise in CAD layout software such as Solidworks, Onshape, or AutoCAD.

Preferred: 2 years of experience in the design and development of photonic packaging systems.
