We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. If you love creating compelling content, that attracts existing and potential customers, we want to hear from you! With us you’ll be empowered (and required 😉) to make a tangible impact. Experience with and passion for language learning would be great.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media (80% of the role):

• Content Creation:
  • Develop, create, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Plan, produce and edit content including graphics, videos, posts, and stories.
• Strategy:
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to build awareness, engagement, and growth of our online presence.
  • Research and recommend new social media trends and tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Community Management:
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with our community across all social media channels.
  • Encourage interactions and conversations around our content.
•  Collaboration and Partnerships:
  • Work with influencers to reach new audiences and other potentially interesting channels.
  • Work closely as part of the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging.

Customer Support (20% of the role)

• Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries and concerns often before they arise.
• If you’re interested, you can also be part of our ongoing customer interviews, talk to our users and figure out what their current pain points are.

Requirements:

• Passion for our mission and customer obsession - always thinking of what type of content appeals to our ideal customers.
• Experience in social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to design eye-catching graphics and edit videos (experience with tools like Canva, Figma or CapCut is a plus).
• Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is a must, German is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to feedback and always eager to learn and improve.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Speech to Text: Users can speak their responses, which are then transcribed and processed by our platform for the AI to respond accordingly.
• User Interest and Proficiency Tracking: Quazel learns from users' interactions, adapting the conversation to match their interests and language proficiency level.
• Cloud Functions and Firebase: We rely on these cloud-based solutions to build and manage our backend services, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• React Native: A cross-platform framework that allows us to create a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android devices.
