What we’re looking for

• We're seeking a performance marketing lead who is based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate) and has skills in digital advertising, PPC, paid acquisition, and a passion for data-driven strategies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in driving performance marketing (must-have) and other growth channels, at a product company.
• Ability to create and implement data-driven marketing campaigns. Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, empowerment, and team motivation.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords).
• Ability to manage a large budget with aggressive targets
• ​​Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

What you will do:

• Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies
• Manage, optimize & maximize the company's ROI across channels
• Track, analyze, and interpret brand marketing channel ROI by setting channel-specific CPA, LTV, ROAS KPIs and design dashboards tracking the efficacy of marketing efforts and communicate results to drive decision-making
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Apply a product-led growth approach to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and optimize acquisition channels, creating new strategies as needed, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
