Join Ankr Health as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on a contract basis, where your compensation will be based solely on winning contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is ready to be part of a groundbreaking approach to medical care using generative AI and telehealth. You will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to our overall sales pipeline.
Your territory will have rich assortment of decision-makers including doctors (PCP, urology, ob/gyn, orthopedics, cardiology, GI), clinic administrators, ASC leaders, hospital leaders including C-suite. You will:
· identify and call/reach these leads, establish relationships, and lead them through the sales process
· participate in identifying and planning for trade shows and industry conferences
· be involved in creating and keeping current the sales strategy and plan for the Company.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and promote our Health IT solutions.
· Lead Generation: Work with BD team to identify and research potential clients and markets to uncover new business opportunities
· Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
· Trade shows, and industry conferences: Identify and plan trade shows and conferences relevant to our domain. Plan team members’ participation and assist with arrangements/on-site support as appropriate.
· Qualification: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the suitability of leads and understand their specific requirements
· Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects
· CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in our CRM system (Salesforce)
· Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads, providing essential context for successful follow-up
· Reporting: Regularly provide reports and updates on lead generation and conversion metrics to the management team
· Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
· Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our business network and establish strategic partnerships
· Contract renewals: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their contracts are renewed in a timely manner and per targets identified by the Company
