We are building a platform and infrastructure for Conversational AI Voice Agents so that every business, developer, or tinkerer can easily build talking human-like AI agents and use them to serve their customers; this will unlock massive value for the world and a lot of happiness for people using these delightful agents.

We joined YC last year in the YC W23 batch. Since then, we have raised $20m in seed funding and seen significant growth in users and revenue (20x the last two years).Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will build and enhance our internal reporting, customer tracking, and related systems. Your contributions will be critical in shaping the infrastructure that drives organizational growth and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Insights: Develop solutions that generate actionable insights from organizational data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to create comprehensive analyses of data and propose effective solutions.
• KPI Tracking: Enhance and refine processes for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor organizational success.
• Automation & Efficiency: Write and maintain code in various programming and scripting languages to automate data ingestion and streamline data management processes.
• Infrastructure Development: Design, build, and sustain scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure to support organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in data engineering, preferably within technology companies focused on data analytics systems for new product lines or businesses.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand the “why” and “so what” of data analysis, not just the “how.”
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to present findings, project statuses, and next steps clearly and concisely.
• Experience with Firebase is a plus
