Unthread is a seed-stage startup powering support for everything from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. We have both a self-serve PLG motion for onboarding new accounts as well as a top-down motion for larger enterprises.
We are looking for our first AE to work directly with the CEO and our head of growth to built out a scalable top-down sales motion – building out the process and leading everything from prospecting to close.

Minimum experience is at least 3 years working in Sales at a SaaS or similar company.
This is a unique role with the option to grow into a Sales leadership role quickly as the team grows over the next 1-2 years.
We use full-stack TypeScript, including a Node backend and an Angular front-end built with Ionic. We use a Postgres database and leverage GCP's CloudRun product to automate deployment and scaling.
For our AI, we use both OpenAI and Google's Vertex and Gemini products, with a multi-agent workflow to learn, prioritize, and fact-check AI-generated answers and actions.
