We witnessed the challenges of hypergrowth companies first-hand. We realized as companies grow, the problems of misalignment and lack of cross-functional visibility only becomes larger, resulting in poor execution speed, low employee engagement, high talent turnover, and sometimes death.

It offers OKRs, Talent management, Talant intelligence products and integrates with all work tools (Slack, MS Teams, SQL, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) to build a high-performing culture.

We are helping 500+ companies, including Disney+, KPMG, Razorpay, HackerRank, Whatfix, Redbus, Exotel, Khatabook.

We are looking to hire a Sr Growth & Demand Gen Marketer with experience in scaling SaaS products in their 1-10 journey. This is an in-office role, based in Bangalore, India.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will define and execute the growth strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. You will build and lead a dynamic team to propel Peoplebox expansion and market penetration. You will

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business targets for user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Hire, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and KPIs that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Work with internal and external teams to improve SEO, increase organic traffic and MQLs.
  • Lead the Growth team, focusing on performance marketing, including Google Adwords & listing ads, conversion rate optimization, and out-of-the-box growth strategies to build qualified pipeline
  • Grow inbound demand through website & blog
    • Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitors.
    • Improve conversion rate from website visitor to gated submit event (resources, webcasts, trials).
    • Improve conversion rate from gated submit event to activated trial.
    • Improve conversion from website visitors to demo request
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, Whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, landing pages etc.)
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and emails to drive lead generation.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Propose new and improved marketing campaign ideas

ABOUT YOU

  • Rich experience of growth marketing in a SaaS company, preferably leading 1-10 journey.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features
  • HTML/CSS, Canva hands-on experience is an advantage
  • Expertise in SEO/ SEM, Google Analytics
  • Experience with Keyword Research Analysis.
  • Proven skills with On page / Off Page SEO.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven and research-oriented
