About You
We are looking for a smart and creative Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Creative Department to help achieve our company objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to our Members and those who are yet to become Members, drive user acquisition, foster community engagement and contribute to scaling our market presence.

You will initially start off as a senior individual contributor, and then go on to build and lead a Team once you have perfected the blueprint for marketing success!

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Positioning: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to resonate with target audiences, supported by thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for effective product marketing.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the planning and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring coordination and alignment among product management, sales, and customer success teams to optimize the impact of launches.
  • Community Management: Manage and nurture a dynamic user community across multiple platforms including social media, forums, and user groups, actively engaging with members to address inquiries, gather feedback, and cultivate a strong sense of belonging and loyalty among community participants.
  • Growth Marketing: Implement growth marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights and growth hacking techniques. Additionally, optimize conversion funnels, user onboarding processes, and customer lifecycle journeys to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Content Development: Develop captivating marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos to educate and captivate target audiences. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality content that effectively highlights the value and utility of our products.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and evaluate essential performance metrics regarding product marketing efforts, encompassing user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, experiment with innovative approaches, and enhance campaign performance through continuous optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product marketing, community management, and growth marketing within the technology or SaaS industry, demonstrating a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. At least 3 years experience in leading a Team.

  • Industry Experience: Preferably experienced in technology or SaaS sales.

  • Agile Approach: Possess a flexible and adaptive approach to managing community engagement and addressing changing market dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product value propositions and engage with diverse audiences across various channels.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

  • Graduate Degree: A bachelor's degree from a reputable educational institution in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Team Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
