Role Description

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving measurable results and ROI through digital marketing channels. Your focus will be on managing and optimizing performance-based campaigns, including ads, SEO, SEM, and webinars, to drive lead generation, and revenue growth in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, targeting B2B audiences.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign effectiveness, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage SEO strategies and initiatives to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate quality leads through keyword optimization, content development, and backlink building.
  • Implement SEM strategies, including PPC campaigns, remarketing, and display advertising, to increase visibility, drive website traffic, and capture qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute webinars and virtual events targeting B2B prospects, coordinating with internal teams to develop content, promote events, and drive attendance and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns, including ads, SEO, SEM, and webinars, with measurable results and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth through digital and performance marketing.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
