The Role

The Product Designer will lead our design efforts, responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and driving the visual direction of our product. This role involves collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams, conceptualizing and iterating on designs, and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of usability and aesthetic appeal. The Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and visual design.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma
• A deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
• Experience leading design initiatives, managing design projects, and effectively communicating design rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify user needs, analyze data, and iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that balance functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices, with a willingness to explore innovative approaches to design challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive partnerships with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.

Location

Preference will be given to candidates located in Australia or the US but we will consider exceptional candidates from any location.

As our focus is on allowing non-technical users to automate complex processes without code, we deal with a lot of interesting engineering problems and decisions as we balance how far users can extend our product and ease of use.
