Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide product requirements to the engineering team in terms of features and user stories. Focus on requirements from a why and what perspective, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on how to implement
  • You will be spending a lot of time interacting with customers and other stakeholders. You need to have empathy towards customers and the ability to communicate with them
  • Build consensus across stakeholders – Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development clearly articulating the product decisions and choices
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for both internal & external stakeholders
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
