About Landeed

Two thirds of Indian court cases are land related. Our solution to this is the Landeed, India's fastest and most comprehensive title search engine. We are now actively growing our engineering and product teams to expand our title coverage to more Indian states and build an enterprise platform for government bodies and corporates alike.

About the role

At Landeed, we are on a mission to revolutionize the real estate and land registry industries with our innovative technology solutions. Our goal is to make property transactions more transparent, efficient, and accessible for everyone. To help us share our vision and connect with our audience on a deeper level, we are seeking a Content and Community Lead who is passionate about storytelling, engaging with communities, and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Landeed's brand values, marketing goals, and community interests. This includes creating diverse content types such as blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and forums discussions.
  2. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community across various platforms (social media, forums, and events) to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty. Moderate discussions, respond to comments, and encourage community participation.
  3. Brand Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with community influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders to amplify our message and extend our reach.
  4. Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the community and Landeed, gathering feedback, insights, and ideas from the community and sharing them with the product and marketing teams to inform strategy and product development.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance and community engagement metrics to understand effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  6. Event Management: Organize and participate in events, webinars, and meetups (both online and offline) to build community and engage with members in meaningful ways.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, ideally within the technology or real estate sectors.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with our community.

Community Spirit: A natural community builder with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic content and community engagement plans that align with business objectives.

Analytical Abilities: Comfortable with analytics tools and able to translate data into actionable insights.

Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas for content and community initiatives.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Technology

Backend

Rust, gRPC, and PostgreSQL on AWS. We're building a next-generation API, prioritising good tools for getting code from local to prod with minimal red tape and review. We're also working on new tools like a dynamically created DAG of automated workflows that will pick apart and analyze ownership history, making the information immediately available to the user.

Frontend

React Native, Redux, CodePush, Detox, and RNTL. React Native has allowed us to prototype extremely quickly, taking an average of 3 weeks to release entirely new apps. We focus on ease of use and quick iteration, gathering feedback from users and pushing updates immediately with codepush. We've also developed a custom framework for forced updates when breaking changes are required.
