We're growing fast, and we're looking for our first Engineering Manager to accelerate our product and help our customers better serve their small business clients.

What You'll Do

• Work with our talented engineering team to ensure successful execution and solve technical problems
• Guide the team through nuanced decisions, balancing speed of delivery, quality and complexity
• "Unblock" engineers to do their best work
• Contribute to improving our "Keeper culture"
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, Product Manager, and UX Designer to accelerate growth

Who You Are

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience building production SaaS software
• Track record of successful engineering people leadership
• Demonstrable experience writing type-safe code with TypeScript

• Back-end: Node.js + Express (Typescript), TypeORM, Postgres
