About the role

One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms -- Clinikally -- is hiring a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Catalogue Associate.

As an early member of Clinikally's ever growing and mission-driven cataloguing team, you will receive an exciting introduction to our Digital Marketplace and Telehealth Platform, while setting yourself up for greater success in the healthcare/e-commerce domains.

What you will do:

Develop Discounting Strategies:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and consumer insights to develop effective discounting profiles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to align discounting strategies with business objectives.

Execute Discounting Campaigns:

  • Implement discounting campaigns across e-commerce channels including websites, mobile apps, and third-party platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

Segmentation and Personalization:

  • Utilize customer segmentation and data analytics to personalize discount offerings and promotions.
  • Develop targeted discounting profiles tailored to different customer segments and purchase behaviors.

Price Monitoring and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct regular price monitoring and competitive analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging competitor strategies.

Promotional Calendar Management:

  • Manage the promotional calendar to schedule discounting events, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials.

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree, preferably in pharma/ life sciences/ biology.
  • E-Com competitor analysis throughout all the marketplaces like Amazon, flipkart , Naykaa etc.
  • Hands on experience on monitoring and maintaining the prices and discounts
  • Hands-on experience of Shopify is preferable, but not mandatory
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
  • Passion for Sales, innovation, automation, and operational excellence
  • Well versed with computers & technology (Intermediate-Advanced Excel is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in written & oral English.
  • Interest in e-Commerce/e-pharmacy/online business/ digital marketing.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on different projects in parallel with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Open to learning
