One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms Clinikally is looking for a sharp Business Analyst to drive foundational business/product strategy through deep dives into sales, digital and clickstream trends.

About the role:

As a Business Analyst at Clinikally.com, you will have the unique opportunity to help steer critical product development processes by utilizing data from an ever-growing user base to unlock insights on consumer behaviour, while contributing significantly to decision-making about the various levers driving product, business and operations.

What You Will Do:

• Craft project strategies and oversee specific assignments to achieve both immediate and future objectives.
• Construct dashboards for monitoring and evaluating product, operations, and business indicators.
• Generate and deliver reports detailing user patterns, behaviors, and interaction with the product.
• Actively seek out issues and areas for improvement in the product based on data analysis.
• Provide on-demand analyses to guide the strategic direction of the product.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to address critical problems and develop new functionalities.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Proficient in analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record of diligently completing extensive and detailed projects.
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, and adept at writing.
• Initiative-driven with a proactive approach to proposing business improvements and solutions based on data analysis.
• 1+ year experience in Microsoft Excel and SQL would be a huge plus
• A minimum of one year's experience in product/business analysis, or a strong quantitative background.
• (Desirable) Knowledge of Python and experience with Google Analytics.
