About the role

One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms -- Clinikally.com -- is looking for a seasoned customer support/success manager (3-6 years) to lead all aspects of customer support from the front.

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a varied and extensive group of customer service associates aiming to meet specific objectives.
  • In charge of enforcing discipline and managing the team's schedule while on duty.
  • Tasked with keeping team members from leaving the organization.
  • Guarantee timely and precise responses to service inquiries, ensuring goals are met.
  • Support new team members by providing updated information and addressing process discrepancies.
  • Directly accountable for encouraging team growth through motivation.
  • Ensure the team adheres to productivity and quality standards.
  • Responsible for the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Achieve the team's customer satisfaction goals, emphasizing the importance of exceptional service quality among all members.
  • Facilitate communication between Managers and Team Members.
