One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms -- Clinikally -- is hiring a UI/UX design whiz!

As the first individual contributing UI/UX designer to join Clinikally.com's ever growing and mission-driven team, you will design interactions for applications (Web, Mobile & App) and focus on user experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant. You will translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and assets, and build interfaces that deliver hassle-free healthcare to millions of users from a first-of-its-kind telehealth & e-commerce platform.

Brief about the Team:

The Design team works closely with the leadership team, business, product, growth, and cataloguing teams to drive the best user experience. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact interfaces and experiences. The projects span across business verticals including e-pharma, telehealth and offline distribution. You will join as the key UI/UX designer driving platform experience with support from the team's graphic designers and video editors.

What Will you do:

  • Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Optimize interfaces for telehealth and e-commerce ensuring optimal conversation rates
  • Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
  • Individually contribute to design decisions for platform growth while presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the product, clinical, business, and engineering teams to build scalable and impactful solutions
  • Understand the user experience strategy for a product and drive the overall design solutions based on usability, consistency, business goals, time to market and customer experience.
  • Deliver the best in quality user interface for all devices with an equal focus on web and mobile. Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design. (layout, components, color, typography, images, design theory)

What are we looking for:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience working in product design, as UX designer for web or mobile applications
  • Experience and skills in visual design, UX design, research, micro-interactions
  • Experience in designing mobile application interfaces
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
  • Experience in a start-up and e-commerce/healthcare is preferred, along with a passion for and appreciation of high-end, luxury-styled designs.
  • Experience leading a project or a vertical - including with graphic designers and video editors
  • Degree in a relevant design discipline such as product, graphic or communications design
  • Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and think about how the UI will scale in the future
  • Strong desire to support the company’s goals, team initiatives, and the broader product vision
