What we're up to

Kalshi has launched the first regulated financial exchange that allows people to trade on the anticipated outcome of events. We’re now looking for the right people to help us continue to grow and scale. Our vision is to allow people to capitalize on their opinions and hedge risks that relate to their everyday lives, from "Will Inflation rise more than 0.5% this month?” to "Will 2023 be the hottest year on record?"

We're on a long journey in uncharted territories and are looking for passionate and outlier members excited to embark on this voyage toward building the future of the financial system.

Role Roadmap

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Content Creator to join our team. A Content Creator on Kalshi should have one of two areas of deep expertise to write about:

• Options Trading
• Commentary on macro, markets, and trending news

Options Trading Content Responsibilities:

• Article Creation: Develop comprehensive and up-to-date content on how to trade event contracts, how they related to options and other forms of trading, and how they can develop and deploy strategies.

• Script Production: Write scripts to be used in trading education videos.

• Collaboration: Work closely with design and multimedia team members to produce high quality content.

Commentary Content Responsibilities:

• Article Creation: Write engaging deep dives on the forces shaping the world and how our markets fit in the broader context. This will be a combination of evergreen content and breaking-news topical content. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with design and multimedia team members to produce high quality content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in trading or investment education.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in multimedia tools and platforms for content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
• Passion for education, writing, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
