What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new customers for Tractian. You will partner with Account Executives to understand maintenance managers' minds and how our data and sensor can save the customer from costly failures. Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
  • Perform the initial contact, by phone and email, with our potential customers, who arrive through Marketing or through our active prospecting tools
  • Develop and improve our coldmail, strategies with maximum attention to details that may impact the interest of knowing our product
  • Update all information in our CRM and perform constant follow-up of customers
  • Have a direct relationship with the product team to qualify the customer according to their pains and needs
  • Give support to the closing team after the lead is qualified

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a prospecting sales role OR a driven and eager-to-learn new grad who thrives in fast-paced, constantly-changing environments
  • The ability to proactively engage new clients through email and phone
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (written, on the phone, and in-person) and are comfortable speaking to anyone
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management as well as strong planning and organization skills

Develop products and services that meet the needs of our customers Work with the founders and together with other full-stack engineers Develop the highly scalable and secure infrastructure to enable Tractian to handle large numbers of users and data Create and maintain our micro-services Bring to life the new platform graphics that maintenance managers use daily Interact with non-relational databases and create new REST APIs Experience in Javascript (ReactJS and NodeJS) Experience in non-relational database (MongoDB) Good domain of Python and its best practices Solid experience with Pandas and Sklearn e Numpy Knowledge of NoSQL databases Differential: Knowledge in DevOps, Typescript and Clean Architecture
