AlgoTest is an algorithmic options trading platform for Indian retail traders. For the first time ever, day traders will be able to trade using the same technology as the top hedge funds and high-frequency trading firms of the world.

About the Role

1. You'll be the first person in a full-time growth role, so expect to get your hands dirty.
2. We'll expect you to take the lead in: ..* Designing growth experiments across different traction channels to find the right ones. ..* Making sure these are executed in a time-bound and cost-effective manner. ..* Setting up the marketing analytics pipeline to be able to quickly and accurately measure performance of different marketing experiments.
3. Along with this, you'll set up our content pipeline across different distribution channels

Skills

1. Prev experience as a growth marketer, preferably in a fast growing startup.
2. Readiness to wear multiple hats and bias towards doings what's necessary to get stuff done.
3. Hands-on experience in SEO, search engine marketing, re-marketing, social media and content marketing
4. Knowledge of GA, email/sms/whatsapp marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms (eg Webengage) to track marketing campaigns
