We deploy within your firewall so that your code never leaves your servers. We are trained on permissively licensed repos only and then fine-tune on your own codebase so our suggestions are more relevant and standardized.

About the Role: We're looking for a founding Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a founding engineer, you'll have a significant impact on the development of our product and help shape the direction of our company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to build and integrate state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to generate and understand code.
• Take end to end ownership of the ML stack: data pipelines, model architecture, training, evaluation, inference, and integration into production systems
• Work with our team to design and implement new features and products to improve developer experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Driven and ambitious with a passion for building innovative products
• 4+ years of professional software development experience in machine learning
• Strong understanding of the mathematical foundation of ML algorithms
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience with transformers models and pre-training techniques
• Familiarity with popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Huggingface
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and GCP
