Peoplebox is an OKR, Talent Management and People Analytics platform that helps companies align and retain top-performers.

Peoplebox uses GenAI to build insights from people and business data by integrating with all work-tools (SQL, Jira, Asana, Hubspot, etc).

We are techies turned product guys, having built our first startups in Dublin, Ireland, and SF (YC S12) respectively. We joined Practo, one of Asia’s largest health-tech startups, when it had 250 employees and saw it grow to 3,000 in just a couple of years.

We witnessed the challenges of hypergrowth companies first-hand. We realized as companies grow, the problems of misalignment and lack of cross-functional visibility only becomes larger, resulting in poor execution speed, low employee engagement, high talent turnover, and sometimes death.

Peoplebox is an employee-experience platform that uses Data and GenAI to help companies attract and retain great talent.

It offers OKRs, Talent management, and People Analytics features and integrates with all work tools (Slack, MS Teams, SQL, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) to build a high-performing culture.

We are helping 500+ companies, including Disney+, Razorpay, Whatfix, Redbus, Exotel, Khatabook.

We are looking to hire an Account Executive for our India and APAC market with experience in SaaS Sales. This is an in-office role, based in Bangalore, India.

ABOUT YOU

  1. You have at least 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly for a complex SaaS product selling in India/ APAC market.
  2. You have been involved in building a 0-1 journey and a multi-stake holder selling cycle
  3. A proven track record. You can't wait to tell us how awesome you are at Closing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Fearlessly prospect to drive new business (Hunter) - You are closing new SMB and Mid-market logos.
  2. Confidently network within customer accounts to identify opportunities and navigate throughout the organization
  3. Qualify leads, convert to opportunities and close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity
  4. Present and demo software platform to various industries and executives
  5. Leverage internal resources to help accelerate the sales process or mitigate risk
  6. Ensure sales processes and documentation are accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team
  7. Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns
  8. Work with a team of AEs and BDRs to accelerate the sales motion and grow APAC business.
