Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Back End Manager - at IMT Care (Backed by Y Combinator).

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing server-side applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of the system.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java
• 5+ year's of experience with back end development and server-side frameworks
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
