ABOUT PEOPLEBOX

Peoplebox is an employee-experience platform that uses Data and GenAI to help companies attract and retain great talent.

It offers OKRs, Talent management, and People Analytics features and integrates with all work tools (Slack, MS Teams, SQL, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) to build a high-performing culture.

We are helping 500+ companies, including Disney+, Razorpay, Whatfix, Redbus, Exotel, Khatabook.

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketer with experience in Performance Marketing (esp PPC Ads) and SEO, preferably for SaaS products. This is an in-office role, based in Bangalore, India.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a digital marketer, you will own the Performance Marketing and SEO channels at Peoplebox. You will

  • Run PPC and Display Ads on different channels to build a steady qualified pipeline from Performance Marketing.
  • Work with internal and external teams to improve SEO and increase organic traffic and MQLs.
  • Ensure Conversation Optimisation to
    • Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitors.
    • Improve conversion rate from website visitor to gated submit event (resources, webcasts, trials).
    • Improve conversion from website visitors to demo request
  • Work with content team to manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, Whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, landing pages etc.)
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers
  • Conducting customer, competitor, and product research
  • Create monthly reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics
  • Propose new and improved marketing campaign ideas

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in Performance marketing for 3+ years, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Experience in running high-budgets PPC Ads and with conversation optimisation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features
  • HTML/CSS, Canva hands-on experience is an advantage
  • Expertise in SEO/ SEM, Google Analytics
  • Experience with Keyword Research Analysis.
  • Proven skills with On page / Off Page SEO.
  • Data-driven and research-oriented

  • Experience in a 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 journey in a SaaS startup
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization
  • SEO experience
