What your exciting job will look like:

• Identify and build a list of companies and prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) – focusing on corporate event planners, finance, and procurement.
• Conduct relevant research and monitor key events about prospects and companies to determine the right time to contact them.
• Develop innovative and creative ways to reach out to your ICP across various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person).
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with our Account Executives.
• Work closely with Account Executives to understand the target audience and develop strategies to win them over.

Our mission is to significantly accelerate retreat accommodation booking for large groups using technology. The key tech challenges we are facing are: Integrate and modernize inventory management systems. Travel tech is old school, let’s reinvent the rules. Booking 20+ bedrooms has to become a seamless process. Effective recommendation: Understanding companies needs and matching them to the right venue. Empowering venues with modern tools so they can easily start hosting business retreats. TeamOut platform relies on technologies like React JS, Python and Flask. Our product has the ambition to become the smoothest booking experience for large groups.
